Job Summary
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across EMEA, APAC, and Americas with a primary focus on the Operations business unit. Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for business leaders, supporting hiring needs, shaping recruitment strategies, and driving employer branding efforts. Drive sourcing efforts through personal networks, recruitment tools, and market intelligence to attract highly skilled professionals while collaborating to optimize time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Administer psychometric assessments and support regional Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance the overall hiring experience across diverse markets.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, with a detailed understanding of the EMEA market
- A mix of in-house and agency recruitment experience
- Background within Financial Services
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, including hiring policies and recruitment norms
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and advise hiring decisions with deep market insights and recruitment expertise
- Comprehensive understanding of compensation frameworks, including salary proposals, compa-ratio, internal equity, and market competitiveness
- High attention to detail and operational excellence in administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in job postings, and documentation
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2 days per week)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with APAC or North America
- Familiarity with psychometric and technical assessments (e.g., SHL)
- Experience with Workday
