Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting strategies globally (Philippines, Cyprus, UK, USA) for fintech/IT roles. Drive full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment; partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define talent needs and develop inclusive, data-driven recruitment strategies; act as brand ambassador, enhance candidate experience, and manage external agency relationships. Build talent networks, contribute to internship/graduate programs, and champion diversity and inclusion across recruitment processes; leverage modern methods (Boolean/search, direct sourcing, social media, referrals) and recruitment metrics to optimize outcomes. Requires experience recruiting for technical and sales roles, proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse a plus), and ability to manage international campaigns across diverse regulatory landscapes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience in recruiting for Fintech and/or IT industry
- Experience managing international recruitment campaigns across diverse landscapes (Philippines, Cyprus, UK, USA)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
