Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting across Go-To-Market and Technology functions, from intake through offer and close. Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Engineering, and Product leaders to shape headcount plans, build talent pipelines, and drive structured hiring decisions. Act as a strategic advisor by coaching on interview techniques, calibrating scorecards, and managing candidate experience end-to-end. Lead offer negotiations and track recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes. Contribute to broader initiatives including employer branding, referral programs, and ATS optimization within Greenhouse.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience spanning both GTM and Technology hiring
- SaaS environment experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across a range of profiles and levels
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple functions
- High bar for quality

- Comfortable pushing back on hiring managers
