Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting for a mix of field and corporate roles, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring execution. Partner with leadership to translate business goals into actionable strategies, build proactive pipelines for high-priority roles, and coach managers on interview best practices. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by promoting the company brand within skilled trades communities and maintaining alignment across stakeholders. Track key metrics to improve time-to-fill and conversion rates while supporting ramp planning for seasonal hiring.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting for a mix of high-volume and specialized roles
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence decision-making
- Experience building sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics
- Demonstrates knowledge about how organizations work
- Knows how to get things done both through formal and informal channels
- Understands the origin and reasons behind key policies, practices, and procedures
- Understands the culture of the organization
- Interacts with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization
- Is easy to approach and talk to and spends the extra time to put others at ease
- Builds rapport well and is a good listener
- Creates a good first impression, commands attention and respect, and shows an air of confidence
- Maintains a professional image
- Displays a calm demeanor and speaks with a self-assured tone of voice

Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting rapid growth or scaling teams
- Knowledge of prevailing wage environments, union/PLA considerations, or licensing requirements

- Construction, skilled trades, or similar industries
