Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner needed to lead end-to-end recruiting for one or more verticals at Pattern, serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans, owning full-cycle recruiting (posting roles, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closing), and mentoring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The role requires sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, university partnerships, career fairs, and other channels, strengthening Pattern’s employer brand on platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn, and leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools to improve efficiency and drive data-informed hiring decisions. The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule from Pattern’s office in Lehi, Utah, and entails collaborating with a data-driven team and leadership to scale Pattern’s人才 acquisition efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate recruiting workflows (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Deep understanding of recruiting best practices, tools, and sourcing strategies
- Proven ability to assess talent and match candidates to complex role requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Strategic thinker with solid analytical judgment
- Skilled in conducting interviews using multiple techniques
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience using an ATS (Lever) and maintaining clean data
