Job Summary
Lead full cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles across global markets by partnering with hiring managers to develop effective strategies and source high-quality talent. Conduct structured interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication. Track recruitment metrics to improve hiring performance and continuously refine interview frameworks and documentation. Coordinate onboarding activities and support employee lifecycle initiatives including internal mobility and offboarding. Maintain People and Culture trackers, process documentation, and standard operating procedures while leveraging AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and recruiter productivity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles
- Experience supporting HR Operations or People Operations
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and sourcing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and identify trends
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, AdTech, or another high growth environment
- Experience implementing recruitment process improvements and workflow automation
