Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offers), develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies, build a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, conduct initial screenings for qualifications and cultural fit, ensure a positive candidate experience, collaborate to improve hiring processes and ATS data, analyze recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source of hire), support employer branding initiatives and compliance with hiring policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
