Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at KAYAK on a 9-month fixed-term contract, working from the Cambridge, MA office 3 days per week to own the full recruitment cycle across Product, Design, Commercial (Sales, Partnerships), Marketing, and Engineering; build relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders; design role-specific interview plans and scorecards; champion inclusive hiring practices; maintain proactive candidate pipelines for near-term and future needs; collaborate with TA teammates across time zones to drive a positive candidate experience and data-driven hiring outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- in-house or client-embedded experience in a global or multi-site environment
- Proficiency in Ashby (ATS) & LinkedIn Recruiter
- strong sourcing strategies and structured hiring process
- ability to manage own workload and work independently
- clear, thoughtful communication across time zones and distributed teams
- comfort using data to track work and improve processes
