Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for owning full-cycle recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and some Technical roles. Lead intake sessions, build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, manage external search firms, and close candidates. Apply an AI-forward approach to sourcing, screening, and outreach while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Role includes leveraging Greenhouse, developing scalable recruitment strategies, and delivering metrics-driven outcomes; located in Greenwood Village, CO with a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in high-growth, B2B SaaS environments
- Experience recruiting GTM (Sales, Marketing, CS) and Engineering/Technical roles
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS
- Strong partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and drive closing of talent across functions
- Experience managing external search engagements end-to-end (briefs, slate quality, fees)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
