Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Energy Origination responsible for building and leading the talent acquisition strategy and execution for the Energy Origination team. Own the full search lifecycle, develop a live pipeline of specialized energy professionals, partner with Energy Origination leadership, translate business priorities into hiring plans, and provide market intelligence on compensation and talent availability. Deep understanding of energy, power, and infrastructure markets, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage the candidate experience end-to-end from first contact through offer.
Required Qualifications
- Experience recruiting specialized talent in energy, power, or infrastructure
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain a live pipeline of specialized professionals
- Strong market knowledge of energy origination processes and talent landscape
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with rigor and urgency
- Based in Miami, onsite five days a week
