Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced consulting professionals across state and local government, healthcare, Medicaid, higher education, and nonprofit clients. Partner with hiring managers to develop strategies for specialized roles, utilizing behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques to identify candidates with the right skills and cultural fit. Source and engage talent through networking, referrals, and direct outreach while maintaining accurate documentation in iCIMS. Represent BerryDunn's culture and career opportunities to prospective candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. This fully remote position requires minimal travel (less than 10%) and supports a fast-paced environment with a 6-month contract term.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- experience supporting professional services or consulting organizations
- Previous experience in a contract recruiting or project-based recruiting environment
- ability to quickly learn new businesses and operate independently
- Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill specialized, difficult-to-source positions
- A consultative approach with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience while identifying high-quality talent
- Proven success utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques, recruiting technologies, and assessment methods
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills

Desired Qualifications
