Job Summary
Own and lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, commercial, and creative roles, partnering with hiring managers to advise on talent availability, market conditions, and search strategy. Leverage the Talent Intelligence Layer to provide data-backed insights on market mapping, competitor analysis, and pipeline planning. Create and implement proactive sourcing strategies, building future-focused pipelines aligned to business growth and skill demand trends. Embed AI across the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, outreach, interview preparation, evaluation, and candidate communication. Develop and scale repeatable, AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, quality, and consistency across hiring processes. Use data and metrics to inform decisions, track performance, and continuously improve outcomes. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, embedding inclusive hiring practices across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle. Introduce quality and governance controls, ensuring all AI outputs and hiring decisions meet compliance, accuracy, and ethical standards. Share best practices and elevate team capability, contributing to broader Talent Acquisition efficiency. This role follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the Barcelona office.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience hiring across multiple teams (technical, commercial, creative)
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven experience using AI and data-driven recruitment tools, with the ability to connect tools into structured, repeatable workflows
- Experience using market intelligence and talent insights to shape sourcing strategies and collaborator conversations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluency in Spanish
- Must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Three days per week in our Barcelona office
