Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer for Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering roles, including backfills and incremental headcount. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and serve as a resource on market trends and sourcing strategies. Design structured interview plans and scorecards while championing inclusive hiring practices. Maintain proactive candidate pipelines for near-term and future needs, representing KAYAK authentically to candidates at every stage. Collaborate closely with teammates across time zones to support a culture of trust and shared success. This 8-month fixed-term contract begins August 2026 and concludes April 2027, with a salary range of $50-57.00/hour for this Massachusetts-based position.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- meaningful in-house or client-embedded experience in a global or multi-site environment
- Proficiency in Ashby (our ATS) & LinkedIn Recruiter
- A solid understanding of sourcing strategies
- The ability to manage your own workload and adapt when priorities shift
- Clear, thoughtful communication with both candidates and internal teams
- Comfort using data to track your work, spot patterns, and improve processes over time
