Job Summary
Partner with hiring leaders and HR to understand business priorities, role requirements, and workforce planning needs. Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract high-quality talent while providing labor market insights and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions. Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, including intake, sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, and offer guidance. Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship management, while guiding teams on structured interview practices. Monitor recruiting metrics and pipeline health to improve hiring outcomes and ensure compliance with employment laws and fair hiring practices. Maintain accurate documentation within recruiting systems and identify opportunities to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
- Understanding of employment laws and compliance practices
- Ability to use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies and challenge assumptions
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
