Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary
Develop and execute the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for MCI in the Philippines, aligning with business objectives and forecasting workforce needs. Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team while driving innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across all levels and functions. Collaborate with business leaders to create workforce plans, ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding, and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes. Manage employer branding initiatives and oversee compliance with local labor laws and global recruitment standards. This role requires onsite presence in San Fernando, Pampanga, and involves completing a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role
- Experience managing recruitment at a director-level scope, including strategy, team leadership, and budget management
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, labor market trends, and employer branding
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to implement scalable processes and drive recruitment KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant HR/Talent Management certification is highly preferred
