Job Summary
Conduct vacancy briefings to define candidate profiles, manage sourcing and screening across multiple channels, and oversee the full candidate journey from initial contact to offer management. Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process, develop improvement strategies, and execute changes while supporting business partners with deep domain understanding. Facilitate interview coordination, manage offers, and accompany probation interviews to ensure successful new hire onboarding. Provide employee lifecycle support for People & Culture initiatives, including talent development and retention efforts. This role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or tech environment with Ashby ATS proficiency. We are a profitable Greentech startup dedicated to making climate-neutral living accessible through smart heating solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting
