Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for full-cycle recruitment for high-volume operational roles; source top talent through LinkedIn, networks, and market research; leverage AI and automation tools to boost sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and pipeline management; coordinate scheduling and candidate communication to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams; contribute to talent projects such as building sourcing playbooks and improving candidate experience; requires fluent German and English, 5-6 years recruiting experience, strong sourcing and ATS skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5-6 years of recruiting experience (in-house or startup background welcomed)
- Fluent German and English
- Proven ability to run end-to-end searches
- Strong LinkedIn and sourcing skills
- Proficiency with ATS tools (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Ashby or similar)
