Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Lead responsible for hiring across multi-site manufacturing and fulfilment operations (Sam’s Kitchen, Rudie’s Kitchen, and Aces Pantry) with on-site leadership in Zabrze, Poland, and quarterly travel to a UK site. Build and lead a cross-border TA team, drive workforce planning to scale headcount from 300 to 600, accelerate executive-level pipelines, reduce external agency spend, and implement data-driven recruitment analytics and AI/automation to speed sourcing, screening, and outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a TA leadership or management role within fast paced manufacturing/high-volume operations/supply chain environments
- Experience with large headcount ramp ups and scalable recruitment systems
- Strong skills in executive level mapping and closing senior candidates in Poland and the UK
- Data literacy with ability to use metrics to influence stakeholders and improve processes
- Interest/experience embedding AI, ATS tools, and automation into recruitment workflows
- Fluency in English; local presence on-site at Sam’s Kitchen in Zabrze; willingness to travel to the UK site quarterly
- Right to work in Poland (visa sponsorship not offered)
- Excellent collaboration with cross-border teams and senior leadership
- Ability to lead a team of TA Partners across multiple geographies
- Experience reducing reliance on external recruitment agencies
- Willingness to work in a role requiring on-site presence and commuting within a commutable distance to Zabrze
