Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end hiring lifecycle management from role qualification through offer negotiation for AI, Data, and Cyber Security positions. Advise regional business leaders on market trends and utilize data to inform sourcing strategies. Perform direct sourcing and market mapping of key competitors while partnering with HR and Compensation to ensure role alignment. Leverage the latest AI-recruiting tools to enhance the candidate experience within Quest's enterprise tech solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience
- Experience in an Enterprise Tech company
- Proven ability to hire candidates in GTM, AI, Data or Cyber roles
- Detailed understanding of the candidate journey and how to enhance candidate experience
