Senior TA Partner, India leads full lifecycle recruiting across India, including sourcing, screening, and offer consultations, to secure top talent. Partners with hiring leaders, HR, and business stakeholders; builds university relationships; shares market insights to influence hiring strategies; maintains a strong candidate network; leverages AI-enabled tools and ATS to identify and assess talent, and collaborates with APJC Talent Acquisition leaders to design scalable recruitment processes.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of recruiting experience
- experience hiring across PAN India
- experience building relationships with universities
- executive recruiting experience
- experience recruiting across multiple disciplines and levels (corporate and operations)
- strong consultative communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- excellent sourcing, networking, and market research skills
- data-driven decision-making skills with trend analysis
- proficiency with applicant tracking systems and AI-driven technology
- familiarity with Life Sciences industry is a plus
