Job Summary
Senior TA Partner, China leads full lifecycle recruitment across APJC, partnering with hiring leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment services. Builds strategic talent partnerships, stays current on labor market trends and competitive insights, shares market data to influence hiring strategies, and leverages AI-enabled tools to identify, engage, and assess talent. Supports executive-level recruitment across APJC and early-career hiring, designs tailored recruitment strategies, ensures compliant and scalable hiring practices, and focuses on building a strong network of candidates and referrals for corporate and operations roles.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years recruiting experience
- at least 6 years in a corporate environment
- Executive recruiting experience for China
- recruiting across corporate and operations roles
- proficient in sourcing, networking, and market research
- strong data-driven decision-making skills
- experience with applicant tracking systems and AI-driven technology
- familiarity with Life Sciences industry is a plus
- ability to influence leaders at all levels through consultative communication
