Senior TA Partner, APJC

Job Summary
Lead full lifecycle recruiting across APJC (Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand), manage senior stakeholders, executive search, university partnerships, and develop and execute recruitment strategies. Deliver end-to-end services, stay informed on labor market trends, share market and candidate insights, build a network of candidates, utilize AI-enabled tools to identify and assess talent, and collaborate with APJC Talent Acquisition leadership to scale hiring practices across corporate and operations functions.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 6 years in a corporate environment
- Experience hiring across APJC countries
- Experience building and developing relationships with universities
- Executive recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across a range of disciplines and levels, spanning corporate and operations roles
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, influencing and partnering with leaders at all levels, including executives, through strong consultative communication
- Excellent sourcing, networking, and market research skills
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience analyzing trends and refining recruiting strategies
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and AI-driven technology
- Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry also a plus
