Job Summary
As a Senior Systems Technician, you will service complex security systems in commercial settings, collaborate with the outside sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You need a high school diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include certifications in alarm technology and familiarity with life safety and automation equipment. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of field experience or equivalent technical education or certification
- Minimum of 2 years of life safety and home automation equipment experience
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
- Effective communication skills to provide superior customer service
- Technical understanding of various systems learned online and/or via hands-on instruction
Desired Qualifications
- ESA Certified Alarm Technician Level 2 or equivalent
- NICET Fire or Video Level 1
