Job Summary
Generate reports and take corrective actions using incident management tools, application monitoring metrics, and logging techniques to identify root causes. Debug business-impacting issues across complex application systems while following standards to ensure operational stability and availability. Deploy and run software using DevOps tools and continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality code early, acting as a mentor to less experienced peers. Apply technology thinking from the Technology Radar to solve client problems within collaborative, value-driven teams.
Required Qualifications
- experience working on programming languages such as Java
- understanding of scripting languages such as Python
- strong debugging and triaging skills to troubleshoot code effectively
- experience working with relational databases such as SQL & DataBricks
- experience working with containerization tools such as Docker
- experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure pipelines
- experience working with relational or non-relational databases
- understanding of application monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus or Grafana
- ability to ensure that the deliverables, namely bug fixes and enhancements to the existing codebase, are high-quality and well-tested
- comfortable with Agile methods, such as Scrum and/or Kanban
- willing to be part of a rotation- and need-based 24x7 available team
Desired Qualifications
- AI/ML experience
