Job Summary
Senior Systems/Software Engineer focused on frontend architecture for enterprise-grade web apps, built with React.js and TypeScript. Define and own frontend architecture strategy, drive design of shared component libraries and design systems, establish coding standards and roadmaps, apply SOLID principles, evaluate new tools/tech, implement responsive, accessible UIs with Chakra UI, lead performance initiatives (code splitting, lazy loading, bundle optimization), own frontend build/deployment pipelines with Webpack, collaborate with backend/DevOps to define API contracts and CI/CD approaches, mentor and upskill frontend engineers, drive Agile ceremonies, and partner with designers/product owners to translate complex requirements into scalable UI solutions. Requires 12+ years frontend experience, deep React/TypeScript expertise, experience leading teams, and strong communication.
