Job Summary
Design and build production software systems, reliability tooling, and automation frameworks that treat operational challenges as engineering problems. Own SLO governance, error budget management, and observability architecture while leading engineering-driven incident response, including dual-datacenter failover execution. Architect chaos engineering programs, build CI/CD reliability gates, and define instrumentation standards for Java/Spring Boot applications using the Grafana LGTM stack. Lead high-severity incident response, author root-cause analysis post-mortems, and implement NERC/CIP compliance controls through code. Mentor junior specialists, set team engineering standards, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
