Job Summary
Conduct system performance evaluations and in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for new functionality and system enhancements. Perform integration, verification, and validation testing/reporting to ensure systems perform according to specifications. Create or modify documentation for formal testing reviews and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders. Work across disciplines to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges in naval undersea and surface domains, including sensor systems and mine countermeasures. Travel domestically and internationally to support customer events, with an expected travel requirement not exceeding 15%.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Secret - Current Security Clearance Status
- Active and existing security clearance on day 1
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, and/or other programming languages
- Experience with MBSE, DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, and/or other digital engineering tools
- Experience with system software, system hardware, system requirements and/or test
- Travel, both domestic and international, to support customer events, with an expected travel requirement not exceeding 15%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with identifying root causes of system failures through detailed diagnostics, implementing timely fixes to restore functionality, and develop preventative measures to avoid recurrence
- Experience presenting technical findings, analyses, and solutions to leadership and customers
- Experience in developing testing procedures, reports, and troubleshooting complex systems
- Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or field environment
