We are looking for a Senior Systems & Network Engineer with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience and various certifications. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex network environments and ensuring robust IT support for a range of technologies including Windows, VMware, and networking hardware.
Required Qualifications
- At Least 5+ Years Hands-On Experience
- CompTIA A+ -CompTIA Net+ Certification(s)
- MSDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Cloud Computing is Desired
- Excellent Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Server
- Experience Troubleshooting Laptops, Desktops and Printers
- Excellent Written/Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills, Supporting Novice to Advanced Users
- Experience with VMware infrastructure and Knowledge of Remote Monitoring and Change
