Job Summary

Senior Systems Engineering Manager leads the SEIT team on the Air Proprietary Program, driving cross-functional systems engineering, integration, and test activities. Responsibilities include translating strategies into tactical tasks across lifecycle phases (development, production, sustainment), ensuring technical integrity of SEIT work, defining processes and tools for system engineering, integration, and test, and interfacing with government counterparts at the Program Management Authority and Program Executive Office levels. The role requires MBSE using MSOSA tools, mastery of configuration and data management (Teamcenter/IPDM, SSDRLs), familiarity with certification (Airworthiness, SCFTA), and a broad set of systems engineering disciplines (design, integration, test, health, security). Travel domestically and internationally may be required, and the position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain U.S. Secret clearance post-start.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
  • 5+ years of engineering leadership experience
  • Experience interfacing with government counterparts (Program Management Authority and Program Executive Office)
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (US Citizenship)
