Senior Systems Engineering Lead

Senior Systems Engineering Lead responsible for owning subsystem- and vehicle-level technical direction across UAV programs, translating mission and regulatory needs into verifiable requirements, and guiding design, manufacturing, integration and flight campaigns from concept through production. Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize system architecture, performance, weight, cost and reliability, while ensuring manufacturability, quality, and on-time delivery. Hands-on involvement in prototype manufacturing, testing, and flight qualification with strong leadership in airworthiness, certification, and regulatory compliance across fixed-wing, VTOL, or hybrid UAV configurations.
