Job Summary
Develop requirements documentation, support analysis and allocation to lower-level systems, and coordinate with external customers. Execute system performance modeling, design reviews, and requirements verification planning while developing algorithms and defining system architecture. Manage project operations, stakeholders, risks, and budgets to ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively. Supervise personnel, evaluate staff performance, and coordinate vendor deliverables and EVMS reporting. Ensure logical conversion of customer requirements into total systems solutions acknowledging technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management or related disciplines
- 5 years of experience
- TS/SCI clearance
- willing to sit for and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at customers request
- Contract requires TS/SCI with poly
- Experience in Satellite Ground and Space Operations
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with wireless digital communication systems
- Experience with EVMS
- Experience with Matlab / Simulink / Octave / STK
- Worked in automated test environments
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- The ability to communicate and work well with others
Additional Requirements
- Must have a minimum of a TS/SCI clearance and willing to sit for and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at customers request
