Job Summary
Maintain hardware systems, operating systems, and connectivity capabilities within the NMHC IT environment while monitoring, analyzing, and planning upgrades for adequate capacity. Conduct performance and capacity analysis to assure system reliability, providing diagnostic expertise for problem determination across server and distributed systems. Lead technical support for computing systems and integration, responding promptly to customer needs and managing relationships from initiation to closure. Develop project plans, write technical specifications, and implement system changes to address evolving application requirements while establishing network standards and policies. Provide mentorship to team members and integrate vendor expertise into NMHC best practices, adapting to rapid change and multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in core discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Providing on-call support is required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in core discipline in the healthcare industry
