Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineer to lead the contract engineering team for Army TENCAP, directing systems engineering processes, including requirements baselines, change management, risk/issue/opportunity management, and coordination with test and evaluation. Responsibilities include preparing decision justification materials, design studies to address capability gaps, analysis of alternatives, presenting results to leadership, and executing technical reviews. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and a Master’s degree in a relevant engineering/scientific discipline, with 15+ years in DoD/IC intelligence systems, including 8+ years in systems engineering and 5+ years in management; preferred CSEP or PE licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
- Minimum 15 years of progressively complex DoD/IC intelligence systems experience, including at least 8 years in systems engineering on DoD programs/projects and at least 5 years in systems engineering management leading a technical team on DoD/IC programs/projects
- Master's Degree in engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science
