Senior Systems Engineer - Requirements Development/Requirements Management (Onsite)

Senior Systems Engineer for the Effectors team at Raytheon SETC in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining requirements documentation, supporting design and system verification testing, providing SE guidance during integration and test, performing system performance analysis, mentoring team members and SMEs, participating in failure investigations, knowledge transfer across IPTs/CPTs, conducting trade studies and presenting results to customers, and supporting test equipment software integration and verification for system test. Required to have a STEM degree with at least 5 years of engineering experience and experience in developing and managing system requirements, verification strategies, and conformance testing; preferred advanced degrees and experience with multi-disciplinary teams, DoD/missile programs, MBSE/Agile approaches, DOORS, and foreign military sales.
