Senior Systems Engineer

Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support enterprise IT systems across a multi-site manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on senior role requiring deep technical expertise, strong operational ownership, and effective partnership with business and technical teams. Responsibilities include escalation support and availability for Tier 3 incidents, end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives, design and management of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, cloud and collaboration migrations, identity and access governance across Azure/AWS/on-premises, and administration of Windows endpoints, servers, and core infrastructure. Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, network and security tooling, and aZero-Trust security posture is required. The role also emphasizes automation, SOP/documentation creation, and mentoring of other IT/tech teams. Location is hybrid with 3 days on-site and 2 remote per work week at the New Kensington, PA plant.
