Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and supporting enterprise IT systems across a multi-site manufacturing environment; leads Tier 3 incident resolution, end-to-end enterprise initiatives, and cloud/hybrid deployments. Focus areas include on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud architectures; identity and access management (Entra ID, MFA); Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender); Windows endpoints and servers; security architecture with Zero Trust; regulatory environments (FedRAMP/ITAR, GCC High, GovCloud); automation and SOP/documentation; and cross-team collaboration across Azure, AWS, and on-premises stacks. The role requires strong problem-solving, architecture design, and leadership to deliver secure, scalable IT solutions in a manufacturing context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
- 7+ years diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues.
- 5+ years hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments.
- Experience handling Windows Server environments up to Server 2022.
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, and Exchange.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and hybrid identity.
- Experience designing and supporting hybrid, multi-forest, multi-tenant, and multi-cloud architectures.
- Hands-on experience supporting regulated government cloud environments, including Microsoft 365 GCC High, Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and environments aligned to FedRAMP and/or ITAR requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document clearly.
- Strong experience in prioritizing leading competing workstreams.
