Senior Systems Engineer position in a family-friendly MSP focused on IT infrastructure stability, security, and optimization, requiring strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in a managed services environment
- Extensive experience with network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless technologies
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, including VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and database management
- Proven experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and task management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise Manage, and Confluence
