Senior Systems Engineer - Naval Radars

Job Summary
Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and integration documentation for simulated and real-world environments. Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging. Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems while collaborating across functions to drive performance improvements. Work with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve seamless integration and system functionality, ensuring effective communication of results to leadership. Travel up to 10% to support mission execution at local facilities, test sites, vendor locations, and customer sites. Maintain a Secret security clearance and possess five years of relevant experience in systems hardware, integration, or testing.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of five (5) years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in one or more of the following: systems hardware, systems integration, or systems test
- Experience working in one or more of the following: an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration or verification
- Experience with RADAR or Radio Frequency (RF) systems
- Experience with military systems
- Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and/or other programming languages
- Travel as needed (up to 10%) to support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations
- Onsite at our RTX facility in Marlborough, MA
