Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineer - MedTech at Johnson & Johnson in Cincinnati, OH with a Flex/Hybrid schedule (3 days on-site). Lead architectural and requirements work for the next generation of surgical robotics, define verification strategies and risk management for subsystems of an electro-mechanical medical device, guide multi-functional teams, and contribute to systems engineering processes and documentation (e.g., software requirements/design specs). Strong collaboration across teams, understanding of customer and business needs, and experience in regulated medical device environments are expected. Relocation assistance may be available and travel up to 10% is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of related engineering experience
- Experience with requirements and risk management in complex electro-mechanical systems
- Experience developing product requirements and test methods
- Experience working in quality management systems
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
