Job Summary
Administer enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switching, routing, and security policies across multiple offices. Monitor system health, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud platforms. Lead infrastructure projects, implement security controls, and collaborate with vendors to deliver scalable solutions. Maintain technical documentation and support strategic technology initiatives while resolving escalated incidents. Work in the downtown Seattle office five days a week with flexible hours between 7 am and 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Four or more years of experience administering enterprise systems and network infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud-based infrastructure
- Experience supporting users across multiple office locations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Work in downtown Seattle office 5 days/week, with flexible work hours between 7 am and 5 pm
- May occasionally need to lift items up to 20 lbs

Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting FortiGate, Juniper, or Ubiquiti network environments
- Experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms
- Experience with automation or scripting using PowerShell or similar tools
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet, Security+, Microsoft, or other relevant certifications
