Job Summary
Build, optimize, and support high-performance infrastructure for mission-critical, low-latency systems across cloud and physical environments. Conduct OS kernel tuning for cgroups, IRQ affinity, and latency optimization on AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and Oracle Cloud. Manage infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and custom scripting while performing advanced Linux administration and deep troubleshooting. Provide incident response and rapid issue resolution in production, including off-hour support when required. Produce clear documentation, perform knowledge transfer, and interface with senior management. Leverage networking fundamentals, monitoring systems, and performance benchmarking to enhance trading workloads. Mentor technical teams and manage vendor communications.

- Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructures (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Oracle Cloud) including setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Strong background in infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and custom scripting
- Advanced Linux system administration and deep troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to support production environments, including incident response and rapid issue resolution
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior and executive management
- preference for off-hour support when required
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to produce clear documentation and perform effective knowledge transfer
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, leased lines, and techniques for optimizing latency
- Experience setting up and enhancing monitoring and alerting systems
- Familiarity with multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Azure)
- Knowledge of performance benchmarking, analysis, and testing methodologies
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
- Awareness of financial trading system workflows and requirements
- Experience with hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience in vendor management and external communication
- Mentoring capabilities and leadership experience within technical teams
