Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineer I for RELX Global Engineering. Responsible for Enterprise and Azure AD, Domain Controllers, SAML, App Proxy, LDAP, DHCP, and Windows OS/Automation; provide third-level support; develop and validate infrastructure technologies; diagnose performance issues; install components; coordinate with development/support/vendors; refine monitoring and automation. Requires 10+ years in systems engineering, BS in Engineering/CS, strong Windows/AWS/Azure experience, scripting/automation, and excellent communication.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Systems Engineering experience
- BS Engineering/Computer Science
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
- Technical Skills: Windows Enterprise infrastructure, Window troubleshooting, experience in virtual server environments, scripting automation, Azure and AWS Cloud implementation
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Accountabilities: Diagnose system performance problems, install program products and system components, coordinate with development/support/vendors, monitor and report, automation and scripts development
