Job Summary
Administer Windows systems, VMware, Storage Area Networks, and SQL Server databases while managing Hybrid Active Directory, GPO, and security tools including Microsoft Defender, Azure, and Cisco AMP. Lead system implementations from conception to completion, operationalize processes, and produce real-time reporting dashboards. Proactively self-educate to maintain expertise across platforms and serve as a liaison to the organization. This role requires a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with extensive financial services experience to drive efficiency and maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive Systems Engineer experience
- Experience McAfee tools
- Experience in Office 365
- Financial Services knowledge
- Must be able to work in a team environment and adapt to change
- Must be customer / service focused
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills are essential
- Proficient written and verbal skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel
