Job Summary
Conduct systems engineering activities and develop work products aligned with ISO/IEC 15288 process areas for government and commercial clients. Analyze technical alternatives, propose engineering standards, and independently recommend design improvements. Maintain documentation including slide decks, standard operating procedures, and dataflow architectures. Lead Sprint Planning and Retrospective meetings while evaluating project implementation suitability. Requires a Bachelor's degree plus ten years of systems engineering experience or equivalent experience, an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, and onsite work at Annapolis Junction, Maryland. Compensation ranges from $190,000 to $200,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience
- High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general systems engineering experience (any process area)
- Master's degree plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience
- Current/Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- This is an onsite position
