Job Summary
Qualify sales leads technically, respond to RFPs, and lead pre-bid meetings while acting as the primary technical resource on sales calls to educate customers on features, specifications, and integrations. Create customer documentation for POCs, design complex system configurations, and articulate the Fortinet value proposition to drive enterprise-wide deployments. Serve as the lead technical contact for post-sales issues, collaborating with the escalation team to resolve customer technical problems. Provide sustainable training and technical oversight to channel partners, contribute to case studies and white papers, and negotiate conflict resolution. Work closely with sales and technical support teams to establish partner capabilities and pursue strategic opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Network, Cloud, Application and End point Security solutions such as SDWAN, NG Firewall, Application Delivery, SASE, Web Application Firewall, ZTNA, EDR/XDR etc.
- NOC/SOC Solutions such as SIEM, SOAR etc.
- Mobile core specific solutions such as GiFW, CGN, SecGW etc.
- Security solutions for Public and Private clouds.
- Knowledge of Fortinet Products / Solution and its competition.
- Should be able to do the POC to demonstrate the Fortinet Solutions to customers.
- Willing to travel across India. Approx. travel 25%.
