Job Summary

Provide 24*7 rotation shift support to US and Europe customers as the escalation point for lower-tier technical teams. Execute installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, hardware, and Azure resources. Resolve P1/P2 incidents through root cause analysis, manage certificate authorities, and handle migrations for file, print, and domain services. Participate in customer change requests and problem ticket resolution outside normal business hours while maintaining crisp communication with end-users and team members.
