Job Summary
Lead cross-functional systems engineering projects from concept through certification, focusing on resolving electrical system issues and designing electromechanical systems for aerospace applications. Support mechanical engineers in integrating electrical components and facilitate ground and flight tests while ensuring compliance with FAR/EASA 23 standards. This fully onsite, full-time role in Switzerland requires a Senior Systems Engineer with 5+ years of aerospace experience, including hands-on PCB debugging, actuator control, and RTCA DO-254 proficiency. A Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or related fields is required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Engineering working experience in Aerospace
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace electromechanical system development and certification
- Hands-on experience in testing, debugging and fault isolation at PCB level
- Strong background in actuator or motor‐control electronics, hardware design, and complex troubleshooting
- Practical experience with RTCA DO‐254
- Solid knowledge of EASA Part 23
- Expert with key aerospace standards, including avionics systems, software, hardware, and safety with related certifications
- Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
