Job Summary
Administer and maintain assigned enterprise systems, performing configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades. Monitor system health, performance, and availability while resolving technical issues and supporting end users. Ensure compliance with Government security policies and procedures, maintain technical documentation, and support system testing and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance and three years of hands-on experience in secure environments. On-site support in Washington, DC with a salary range of $73,140 - $109,710. Position is contingent on award of contract.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct hands-on experience administering, maintaining, or supporting the specific systems for which the individual is responsible
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, configuring, maintaining, and sustaining enterprise systems in a secure environment
- On-site support
