Job Summary
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues while administering client systems and maintaining secure IT environments. Support Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SSO. Configure firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and workstations, then assist with system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Keep clients informed, explain technical concepts clearly, and maintain documentation. Look for ways to improve client security, reliability, and performance while sharing knowledge with the team.
