Job Summary
Provide systems, electrical, and mechanical engineering support for new and legacy DoD systems across the acquisition lifecycle. Accomplish and coordinate engineering tasks for modifications and upgrades, while assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution. Deliver data analysis, reliability/maintainability actions, and worldwide user support to customers. Design, plan, and document test and evaluation programs, including FAA certifications, and review engineering documents for accuracy. Participate in system specification development, technical plan creation, and vendor evaluation. Monitor test efforts, assess results against operational requirements, and recommend facility improvements. This full-time role is located at Hanscom AFB, MA, with an annual salary range of $150k-$160k.
Required Qualifications
- US citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in a related professional engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited educational program
- 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed
- 5 of which must be in the DoD
- Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA)
- Systems Architecture Development
